Scott Wolfe

Scott N. Wolfe is the partner-in-charge of the San Diego North County office of Latham & Watkins LLP. He joined Latham & Watkins LLP in 1978 and practices in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, life sciences and real estate investment trusts. Mr. Wolfe is a trustee and member of the executive committee of Rady Children’s Hospital and Health Center and was chairman of the board from 2000-2004 during its amalgamation with UCSD. He is also a trustee of BIOCOM and CONNECT. Mr. Wolfe is a former part-owner of the San Diego Padres from 1990-1999. Mr. Wolfe has lectured at the Practicing Law Institute and at the Rady School of Management. Mr. Wolfe obtained his B.A., J.D. and MBA degrees from Harvard University.
