Located on the first floor with direct access from the Main Lobby, Conference Rooms 1013 A/B provide 1,150 square feet of adaptable meeting space. Utilizing an integrated dividing wall, the area can be configured as one large suite or two private rooms to suit your specific needs.
Designed for seminars and presentations, this space offers a classroom-style setup with 40 mobile cushioned chairs featuring integrated desks and cup holders. A recently upgraded AV suite provides dual projection screens with touch-screen adjustments, two podiums, and handheld wireless microphones for a professional presentation flow. Attendees can easily connect to the UCSD guest wireless network, and the layout comfortably accommodates in-room catering.
Note: These rooms are provided in their standard configuration; furniture rearrangement or removal is not permitted.
