Please join us for a one-hour lunch & learn seminar as we introduce the Seahorse XF Flex which will soon be placed inside the Muotri Lab at the Sanford Consortium (3rd floor).
In addition to a high-level overview of the platform and mechanism of function to measure bioenergetics, we’ll also provide an introduction to the various assay kits and the questions they help to answer with respect to metabolic poise, mitochondrial function, glycolysis, and respiration.
Finally, we’ll highlight new methods that are unique to this instrument for measuring metabolism from tissue slices and organoids.
