Located on the second floor, The Duane J. Roth Auditorium offers a spacious and versatile setting for your next event. With a total area of 3,584 square feet, the auditorium can comfortably accommodate up to 150 people, making it ideal for a variety of events, from conferences and seminars to lectures and presentations. There are no minimum attendance requirements, allowing for flexible event planning.
The auditorium is fully accessible, featuring four ADA-compliant chairs and ramp access to ensure inclusivity for all guests. Each seat is equipped with a tablet arm and an outlet, providing convenience for attendees. For presentations, the auditorium has been recently upgraded with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, including HDMI-enabled computer projection capabilities.
Presenters will appreciate podiums with built-in microphones, as well as two additional handheld wireless microphones for added flexibility. Whiteboard and markers are available for visual aids during your event. Additionally, the venue offers access to the UCSD guest wireless network, with no password required, ensuring smooth connectivity throughout your event.
For event preparation and storage, there is a small green room located at the back of the auditorium. Registration tables can also be set up outside the auditorium if needed.
Please note that outside food, drink, and catering are not permitted inside the auditorium.
